About the Position
We are seeking a People Experience Officer to provide support to our team to ensure that we can deliver a great People Experience to prospective applicants and current employees across the City.
You will use your skills to ensure that our business is supported throughout all aspects of recruitment, selection, and appointment, including a positive applicant experience, and to provide administrative support to our People Experience team.
You will be an excellent communicator, have strong attention to details and great time management skills. You will be personable and able to build positive relationships with all team members and stakeholders.

We need to know you will succeed in this role, make sure you demonstrate the following in your application:

• Ability to deliver a compliance and best practice recruitment and selection process.
• Exceptional time management and organisation skills.
• Previous experience in a Human Resource Officer or similar role.

Salary: Enterprise Agreement Level 4 - $78,894 - $84,150
Hours: Fixed Term Full Time until 31 December 2024 with possible opportunity for extension for the right candidate.
