About the Position

We are seeking a People Experience Officer to provide support toour team to ensure that we can deliver a great People Experience toprospective applicants and current employees across the City.

You will use your skills to ensure that our business issupported throughout all aspects of recruitment, selection, andappointment, including a positive applicant experience, and toprovide administrative support to our People Experience team.

You will be an excellent communicator, have strong attention todetails and great time management skills. You will be personableand able to build positive relationships with all team members andstakeholders.

We need to know you will succeed in this role, make sureyou demonstrate the following in your application:

  • Easily approachable and strives to deliver high level customer service.
  • A team player who builds positive relationships.
  • Ability to deliver a compliance and best practice recruitment and selection process.
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills.
  • Previous experience in a Human Resource Officer or similar role.

Salary: Enterprise Agreement Level 4 -$78,894 - $84,150

Hours: Fixed Term Full Time until 31 December 2024 with possible opportunity for extension for the right candidate.
