What You Will Be Doing
The People Officer (Injury Management) provides professional and compassionate customer service and administrative support to the Injury Management team, injured employees, organisational leaders and the WorkCover Agent. The role performs duties across a range of areas including data entry, pay queries and oversight and maintenance of the Injury Management database.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
Demonstrated experience in a comparable administration role.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Experience in working within and contributing to a team, and have a highly developed ability to work autonomously.

Please refer to salary circular for HEALTH AND ALLIED SERVICES, MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORKERS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the Peninsula Health immunisation policy.
