ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: Surrey Hills, VIC
Employment Type: Ongoing / Full-time
Salary: $90,000 per annum, plus super and NFP salary packaging
Join our team as a People & Culture Services Business Partner, where you'll manage our People Systems, and apply legislative knowledge to ensure compliant employment arrangements.
As the guardian of data integrity, you'll draw on your technical expertise to craft customised user-friendly reports and dashboards for informed decision-making, whilst collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in projects aligned with our People & Culture Workforce Plan.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering complex workforce data and reporting
- Demonstrated experience in the People and Culture function
- Experience in working with HR related software systems, with exposure to TechnologyOne – Ci Anywhere products desirable
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, plus a genuine and passionate commitment to the rights of people with a disability to enjoy fulfilled lives and valued roles within the community
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Finance or a recognised discipline.
