What you'll be doing:
- Handling HR documentation i.e. contracts, change of employment and so on
- Prepare and generate reports
- Assist with the employee lifecycle
- Assist with EAP support
- Provide ad-hoc advice to staff as needed
What you'll need:
- Tertiary degree or equivalent experience in HR
- Ability to use Excel at minimum to an intermediate degree
- Ability to build strong internal relationships
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
