The role

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Keyton People and Culture team as our People Support Coordinator. This newly created position will primarily be responsible for supporting our day to day people processes to facilitate an efficient and effective People & Culture (P&C) operational function.

Reporting to the National Manager, People Support & Reward, your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently managing operational activities in accordance with agreed service standards

  • Providing P&C guidance and advice to Keyton managers and employees, and deliver on operational activities in scope for the people services function

  • Coordination of P&C operations activities, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with current legislation, compliance and quality standards

  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees (i.e. Processing pre-employment checks, employment contracts, and compensation review letters etc.)

  • Preparation of reports and plans to provide support to operational requirements

  • Establishing and proactively managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally, with exceptional customer experience

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support additional HR projects and initiatives

  • Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team as needed

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, systems and processes

  • Problem solving, technical and analytical skills to support the implementation of HR procedures and programs.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide information and to engage with and build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Having a proactive, positive and flexible approach 

  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workflow to meet business demands
