Based in Moss Vale NSW, you will work closely with the warehouse team to manage and troubleshoot systems, ensuring seamless operations where IT and warehouse systems intersect.
The Role:
- Oversee the management of warehouse systems, liaise with key vendors for RF devices and printers.
- Provide top-tier desktop support.
- Perform administrative and support tasks related to ERP and EDI systems.
- Handle key warehouse systems including ERP, printing, and other generated documents.
- Manage Office 365 administration.
- Provide first-level networking support and liaise with Global Tech teams.
- Monitor key systems and processes such as backups, statement printing, and administration.
- Proven experience in a Desktop Support or IT role.
- Strong background in first-level support for Windows Server Applications.
- Solid understanding of first-level network concepts.
- Competency in troubleshooting issues with PCs, Macs, and printers.
- Relevant IT certifications or equivalent experience in the field.
- Experience with Active Directory tasks (e.g., unlocking network accounts, new hire setup).
- Proficiency in Office 365 Administration.
- Experience with Bookmaster/IP1 is highly regarded.
