 About the role

You’ll be the backbone of our People + Performance team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to excellence will contribute directly to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our employees.

As a People + Performance Administrator you will:

  • Prepare, issue and follow up contracts and new starter paperwork.
  • Coordinate drug & alcohol testing, record results, and support testing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate Team Member files and ensure compliance.
  • Handle contractor agreements and track renewals.
  • Distribute LMS and Intranet access and assist in training implementation.
  • Manage rewards initiatives and support with end-of-month reporting and projects.
  • Respond to employee queries and requests.

 About you

You have strong communication skills and previous experience in a Human Resources or related administrative role. You will be organised and able to manage competing deadlines whilst using initiative and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
