Role Summary:
The Performance and Compliance Analyst is a newly created opportunity within our Gas Generation and sustainable operations based at our Kwinana site. The purpose of the role will be effectively managing data and business information to deliver a range of Performance and production objectives, and to ensure that processes and procedures are executed to maintain ongoing compliance, quality management and governance relating to statutory compliance obligations.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Analyse plant data acquired from primary and secondary sources, and develop, prepare and update monthly and weekly production and performance reports.
- Review plant operating data and forecasts from modelling platforms to update the plant maintenance and outage plans.
- Gather data and information, and work with engineering and planning to enable the development of critical and statutory assets in the organisation’s Computerised Management System
- Review and analyse policies, procedures, and practices to identify potential areas of risk or regulatory non-compliance.
- Maintain systems / processes to ensure statutory equipment inspections are monitored and performed in accordance with regulations / standards.
- Relevant degree qualification in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Broad experience in data management, analysis, and systems
- Preferred qualifications in Quality Auditing and Business Compliance
- Experience in using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems such as SAP.
- Knowledge of power station safety systems, policies, and practices
