About Your Opportunity
Reporting to our Principal - Enterprise Performance and Reporting, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise strategic management information. You will support and facilitate a range of corporate performance reporting processes, including converting performance data into periodic reports for Ministers, the Board, Executive Management Team, and other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for internal communications of organisational performance including supporting the development of executive leadership team papers and supporting the coordination of workshops and meetings.
This role is responsible for:
- Coordinating Seqwater's performance assessment and related reports to key internal and external stakeholders, including the Board responsible Ministers and representatives.
- Preparing, reviewing, and updating reporting templates with corporate performance data.
- Coordinating monthly performance assessments and quarterly reviews in collaboration with internal subject matter experts.
- Providing advice to key internal stakeholders on reporting frameworks, reported and historical data, data quality, definitions, availability, and targets.
- Maintaining Performance Reporting policies and procedures, including reporting frameworks, reported and historical data, data quality, definitions, availability, and
- targets and provide advice on the reporting process and continuous improvement.
- Coordinating business data providers to ensure integrity of data and to identify quality issues that may present risks to the data provided to external parties.
- Collaborating with the Communications team to develop and deliver performance communications and identify opportunities for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience in performance reporting and communications in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and developing high quality significant corporate documents and reports to third parties, ideally governmental or regulatory agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or related discipline (desirable).
- Exposure to regulated environments (desirable).
- Experience in developing communication material in InDesign (desirable).
- An understanding of the principles of strategic and operational planning (desirable).
