About the role
Due to some exciting changes within our business, we're looking for a Performance Lead to join our Operations & Performance team. As Performance Lead, you'll support the Bank Technology function to ensure Performance targets are achieved with robust mechanisms in place to maintain sound management of workforce and financials.
What you'll do
- Support the development, planning, implementation and monitoring of initiatives that enhance Bank Technology operational & planning functions
- Provide detailed analysis and recommendations relating to operational performance and metrics in collaboration across the Bank Technology LT
- Oversee preparation of budget submissions and expense management processes to ensure compliance with day-to-day operational requirements
- Facilitate the establishment of workforce plans across all Bank Technology teams
- Drive standardisation and simplification across Bank Technology Performance Management practices
What you'll bring
- 5+ years' experience in a comparable role within a technology environment
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, portfolio, and operational reporting
- Experience in operational and financial forecasting processes, cost modelling, analysis/analytics
- Previous experience working in large corporate project delivery functions
- Excellent knowledge of finance processes with the ability to interpret and analyse reports
- Financial services, banking, or insurance experience desired
