About the role
As Performance Manager, you’ll support the Executive Office of the Chief Information Officer in driving Technology & Operations’ (T&O) executive governance, strategic priorities, addressing operational and cost challenges, and building cross-functional muscle and cohesion across T&O domains.
What you'll do
- Support executive governance for Executive Office of the CIO by drafting Board, ELT papers, monitoring T&O scorecard performance and risks
- Drive strategic priorities that support the Technology & Operations (T&O) vision
- Proactively identify and define new transformational performance/cost opportunities for T&O
- Collaborate and ‘quarterback’ cross-functionally across teams to drive alignment and outcomes
- Create and tailor presentations to communicate complex technology, operational or financial problems and themes
- Build financial and analytical models to test hypotheses, measure impact, and develop sound recommendations
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in Management Consulting or Product/Corporate Strategy equivalent roles
- Deep experience in financial management, portfolio, and operational reporting
- Experience in operational and financial forecasting processes, cost modelling, analysis/analytics
- Good working knowledge in portfolio project tools and reporting
- Previous experience working in large corporate project delivery functions
