We attract, develop, and empower the most talented people to make more possible and demonstrate our values every day.The objective of Marketing Performance Specialist is to provide support on day to day reporting on performance of the business to support the Marketing manager and channel leaders in taking the decisions to match the agreed targets of traffic.
The Marketing Performance Specialist will partner with the Marketing Performance Manager and key stakeholders within the company, and will be part of a dynamic and motivated team.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on performance and deliver data insights to main business stakeholders.
• Monitor average length of each funnel segment, setting targets, verifying achievement, and defining action plans if required.
• Sustain and enhance the existing tools and dashboards used for analysis and reporting.
• Support the different areas of marketing (Digital, CRM & Contact Centre) in the creation of their forecast.
• Build ad hoc reports and analysis based on requests from business teams.
• Explore the possibilities of applying statistical concepts to real world scenarios.
• Work along with IT, Logistics, and other functions to reduce unproductive times boosting productivity of our retail structure.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics or Business.
• 2+ years of experience in understanding of complex structures of data and strong inclination of data analysis combined with business impacts.
• Project management experience especially in Sales and Marketing team
• Sound understanding of statistical concepts and their application in real world scenarios.
• Experience in industries where performance maximization is priority.
• Ability to work in cross - functional and international teams.
• Proficient with Power BI and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of statistical algorithms and its application. Ability to apply them using tools like Python, R or Excel.
• High proficiency using MS Office Suite
• Excellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, statistics formulas) and PowerPoint to assemble presentations.
