Join our team as a Permanent Aged Care RN in a newly established 120-bed facility in Mackay, QLD. We extend our invitation to both seasoned RNs and recent graduates, providing tailored support for new graduates through a comprehensive program led by the Clinical Care Manager, experienced Clinical Nurses, and a designated buddy nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans for elderly residents.
- Take charge in coordinating shifts to ensure smooth operations and optimal care delivery.
- Oversee medication management with precision and expertise.
