Personal Assistant

Position Available:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to our female Customer Relations/Sales and Marketing Manager. This role requires a proactive and adaptable professional who can handle a wide range of tasks with efficiency.

Calendar and Schedule Management:

• Coordinate and manage the Marketing Manager's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Ensure the Marketing Manager is well-prepared for all engagements, providing relevant documents and information in advance.

Communication Liaison:

• Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications with customers, suppliers etc.
• Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the Marketing Manager as appropriate.

Document Preparation:

• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Prepare and maintain documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Task Delegation and Follow-Up:

• Assist in managing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with other team members and external contacts to facilitate workflow.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on behalf of the Marketing Manager.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with the [industry/sector] is a plus.
