Permanent ongoing role for a bubbly & confident Personal Assistant!

I am currently partnered with a boutique, tailored Property and Real Estate Client in the Geelong suburbs who is seeking a Personal Assistant to commence in a permanent, ongoing capacity as soon as possible.

Your new role

As the Personal Assistant, you will work standard business hours from Monday - Friday on site, supporting the Sales Agent and liaising with the team of Sales Administrators in a warm, friendly, bubbly and confident capacity. As the Personal Assistant, you will support in an administrative capacity with responsibilities that include, but not limited to:

  • Track property listings using spreadsheet software including Excel
  • Assisting with Social Media, E-Newsletters, Market share tracking
  • Preparation of flyers including 'Just Listed' and 'Sold'
  • Prepare and send 'Thank you' cards post Client appraisals and listings
  • Lock in 'Anniversary' calls and prepare 'Anniversary' cards
  • Booking of pest, building and valuation appointments
  • Send out SMS appraisal reminders
  • Complete a range of data entry activities
  • Assist in arranging open times for properties
  • Completion of contracts
  • Sending of executed contracts and payments
  • Further support to the Sales Agent as required

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed as the Personal Assistant, you will need:

  • Experience in the property / real estate sector or drive and motivation to work within a property / real estate environment
  • Experience in an Administrative support capacity (high level admin assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant)
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • IT proficiency including MS Office, especially spreadsheet software
  • Be solutions orientated, an independent thinker, a troubleshooter with a growth mindset
  • Confident, warm, bubbly demeanour
  • Full Australian working rights
