• Acts as the point of contact of different departments and liaises with company stakeholders, board of directors, and headquarters.
• Working with MD for different projects, and coordinating with different teams Assists in preparing reports, presentations, speeches, and award applications as well as social media posts
• Performs other administrative duties.
Skills and Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Mandarin
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience
• Proficient in office applications particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Zoom.

• Able to handle and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Must be discreet and trustworthy
• Highly organized and keen on details
• Professional attitude with a high level of intrpersonal skills
• High level of initiative and resourcefulness
Qualifications
• Preferred to have a tertiary qualification
