The RoleSeeking an experienced and highly professional candidate to provide support to the Director.
The ideal candidate is well presented with a professional phone manner, strong interpersonal skills and client-focused approach. Experience in a professional services environment, specifically accountancy, financial services is required.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- PA support to the Director
- General administration duties including ad hoc projects
- Attendance of practice management duties
- Support in client engagement activities including documentation preparation and support for client onboarding
- Diary Management and meeting coordination
- Front of House duties including meeting and greeting clients as needed
Skills and Experience:
- A high degree of professionalism
- Excellent client manner
- Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and strong computer literacy
- Strong IT proficiency, all software used is cloud based
- Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive "team player"
- Positive and happy attitude
- Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multi task
- Quickly grasps and adapts to using various software applications
- Experience with Xero would be an advantage
