Due to phenomenal growth at Ascora, we’re looking for a Superstar Executive / Personal Assistant who are energetic, passionate, proactive and switched-on to join our team for an immediate start.

You will:
- Personal Assistant to the Director and COO – being their right-hand person
- Staying on top of all incoming work and assisting to order the day (emails, booking appointments, keeping things running smoothly on a timely manner)
- HR Admin including composing adverts, advertising roles, shortlisting candidates and onboarding new staff members
- Support marketing initiatives as needed (social media posts, creative branding activities for expos etc)
- Assisting with company’s vision to go global (research, planning and undertaking any activities to make this happen)
- Oversee and participate in general office operations and administration.
- Assisting with any ad hoc tasks on behalf of the team as required.

- Love working with technology and strong customer service orientation with clear communication
- Being able to multi-task effectively with great organisation skills
- Have a proactive and flexible approach to work
- Be sharp, acute and responsive
- Be self-motivated and willing to think laterally

- Have high attention to detail, can-do attitude, self-starter, strong communication skills and a good sense of humour
- Willing to go above and beyond
- Previous recruitment experience is highly desirable.
- Solution focused and goal oriented
- Independent and can think on their feet as an extension to the Director and COO
- Advanced skills on Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Super-organized and dependable
- Strong written and communication skills
