About the role
In this fast paced role, we are seeking a detail oriented Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our client's CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the CEO in a timely manner
- Attend meetings and take meetings accordingly
- Maintain and organise files, records, and documents
- Manage and screen incoming calls, emails and correspondence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well presented and consistently maintaining professionalism
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Handles sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, ensuring trust and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines
- Proficient computer and typing skills.
