Scope:
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, Flexible between 7AM - 7PM Subiaco, West Australia (same as Manila Time)
- Includes 1hr unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the client's calendar, schedule appointments, and set reminders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
- Conduct online research on various topics as directed and provide concise summaries.
- Assist with occasional business tasks, ensuring they align with the client's objectives.
- Manage and organize personal documents, ensuring confidentiality.
- Handle online errands, including shopping, bill payments, and reservations.
- Handle sensitive personal information with discretion and ensure data protection.
- Assist the client with posting and engagement with different Social Media platforms.
- Provide daily or weekly reports on completed tasks and upcoming schedules.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
- Technical proficiency, including familiarity with G-suite and other online tools.
- A proactive approach to tasks, with the ability to work independently.
- Must be comfortable working within the adult industry.
