Nero Resource Fund is a boutique independent Fund with a focus on small cap Australian resource companies.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Chairman. This is a Full Time role, based out of our offices in Cottesloe.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years previous experience within a similar role, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. The candidate should be reliable, efficient, with a keen eye for detail.
A background in broking and/or financial markets would be beneficial.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Diary and communication management, highlighting priority matters and responding accordingly;
- Administrative support including filing, expense and records management for the Chairman and broader team;
- Preparation and execution of regulatory paperwork including monitoring proxy voting for AGM/EGM’s of investment companies;
- Travel planning, support and coordination;
- Build and maintain good rapport with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Running specific errands as required by the Chairman and broader team.
