The Role:
As a PA you will play a key role in facilitating the sale of properties by managing enquiries, organising appointments and assisting with the day to day running of the Teams Business. Your attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and commitment to providing exceptional service will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Field and respond to enquiries via email, phone and SMS
• Assist with private buyer appointments
• Manage databases by entering data and managing contracts
• Organise and facilitate appointments, meetings and inspections
• Assist and liaise with purchasers and vendors and attending contractual appointments
• Collate and distribute various reports as needed
Requirements and Skills:
The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual who possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, has excellent time management skills and is immaculately presented and well-groomed, full driving license and own car a must.
