About the role
Providing Support to both the Executive Assistant and Director. This role is based in Brisbane City Centre. This is not a work from home or Hybrid Role.
Key Responsibilities for the role
* Providing support to the Executive Assistant and Director including email prioritisation, document preparation and diary management
* Often being the first point of contact between Director and the client
* Correspondence with other members of the team
* Other duties including meeting preparation and travel arrangements
* General office duties
Skills & experience
* Prior experience in an Personal Assistant Role or Office Administration Role
* Previous experience in the Construction Industry is highly regarded
* Be hands on, organised multi tasker capable of delivering work with a high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills ( verbal and written)
* Strong IT Skills
* Able to work on conflicting priorities
* Able to take direction
* Immediate Start available for the right candidate
Full working rights in Australia is required
