Paradise Portable Homes are looking for a helpful, thoughtful and dedicated person willing to do a dynamic job that changes everyday working for a busy female entrepreneur and mum.
Would suit a mum with kids as the role is only during School Hours - 9am - 2pm a could days a week (flexible).
Most of the role is supporting our Tiny Home Customers and the rest is supporting our CEO mum.
Does the idea of helping a CEO with 100 balls up in the air sound interesting?
A typical day for our director might involve the following and you would be the person to step in and help in any of these areas if the need arises:
- Taking photos and/or videos of our Tiny Homes for social media
- Posting those videos to social media
- Admin such as paying registration, rates etc.
- Calling customers who are interested in buying tiny homes and answering questions they may have
- Calling up Councils and finding out information that we require
- Responding to emails
- Researching things on the internet
- Ringing up suppliers for pricing
- Putting together word documents
- Setting up our tiny homes with pretty decorations for a photoshoot
- Putting together social media post
- Data Entry
And the personal things would be anything like:
- Feeding the Chickens
- Watering the garden
- Doing postal runs or checking the mailbox
- Emptying and repacking the dishwasher, wiping the bench (no heavy cleaning as there's a cleaner already)
- Putting out and bring in/folding laundry and putting the laundry away
- Putting the kids toys away
It will be very random and no two days would ever be the same. Overall we need someone nurturing, flexible and adaptive! Someone that will step in and do what needs to be done without always needing to be told. Learning what our CEO needs and thinking in advance for her.
Even though this will start as a casual role, we are a young company and there's opportunity to grow with us.
If this sounds interesting, please respond with a cover letter that really shows your personality and what you would want this job - this is more important that your resume!
