We have an exciting opportunity within our boutique financial planning practice. We are passionate about our clients and the holistic advice we provide. We looking for someone who prides themselves on providing high quality professional client focused service to join our team.
The purpose of this position is to proactively assist the Senior Financial Adviser/Director in business growth and development along with delivering life changing financial planning strategies and exceed client expectations.
As part of this role, you will:
- Proactively support the Senior Financial Adviser/Director through effective and efficient management of day to day tasks required to provide exceptional client service and continuous business innovation and improvement.
- Attend to assigned business operation tasks on a daily basis as directed by the Director, including IT innovation, event planning, marketing and social media, procedure management and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Assist the Client Service team in liaising with clients and maintain a client relationship through the full financial planning advice process.
- Client reception and general office administration duties including but not limited to professional office presentation and processing.
- Liaise with external product providers and suppliers to ensure business and client workflows are delivered seamlessly.
- Tracking and recording work in progress using a CRM and workflow management system (Goldmine).
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and highly developed attention to detail and administrative skills. Specifically, we are seeking someone with:
- Excellent and clear communication skills - professional yet warm and friendly.
- Strong competency with Microsoft applications, in particular Word and Excel.
- The ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative and be well-organised.
- Experience using work flow management systems will be very highly regarded but not essential.
- A growth mindset who wishes to grow and develop within the financial profession.
