Our client is a market-leading agency that services Sydney's South West region, near Panania. Due to the internal promotion of a staff member within the business, they are currently seeking a switched-on, enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join their team.
In this varied and fast paced role, you will be tasked with providing end to end sales support to a team of high performing Sales Agents. Our client is seeking someone with real initiative and drive who is looking to carve a long-term career in real estate and wants to take their next step with one of the best brands in the business!
The PositionIn the role of Personal Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide end to end sales support to a busy team of Sales Agents
- Manage Agent's diaries, emails and appointment bookings
- Prepare listing presentations, agency agreements, appraisals and sales contracts
- Assist with the coordination of property marketing, including advertising properties for sale online and on social media accounts
- Liaise with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process
- Respond to incoming sales enquiries and prepare correspondence
The ideal candidate for the role of Personal Assistant will have:
- Minimum of 12 months previous experience in a real estate administration/support role is essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence a must
- Top notch organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multi task, meet deadlines and prioritise a high volume workload
- A team player who also has the ability to work autonomously and is highly self-motivated
- Immaculate personal presentation and a highly professional demeanour
- A strong passion for real estate and drive to progress your career long-term
