Are you a Personal Assistant seeking your next position within an Accounting Firm?
I am currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time PA/Office Administrator position for a well-known Accounting Firm based in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs.
This company prides themselves on their amazing friendly, family culture, and have great flexibility when it comes to working hours, WFH flexibility, and they are located less than a 1-minute walk away from the nearest train station.
In this position, you’ll play an important role in working with our team and clients to provide top-class service and smooth operation.
Your new role
- Assisting two of the head Partners in the Firm
- Diary and travel management
- Setting up companies and trusts
- ATO portal management
- Preparing client invoices and WIP reports
- Preparation of BAS's and IAS's
- Updating office manual and procedures
- Application for new entity ABN's and TFN's
- Maintaining database and software systems
- Checking tax assessments
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level planning and prioritisation skills
- Ability to multitask and be flexible
- 5+ years experience as a PA/EA within an Accounting Firm
- Previous experience with ATO & ASIC
- Experience with APS software is desired but not essential
- Permanent, full-time position
- 1 day WFH
