What we are looking for
We have an opportunity for a motivated Secretary/Personal Assistant to assist our principals with a variety of tasks such as (but not limited to):
- handling incoming and outgoing calls for our principals
- reviewing and drafting correspondence on behalf of our principals
- preparing and coordinating reports
- researching and preparing materials needed by our principals
- attending meetings, taking minutes, and following through on actionable items
- liaising with key management and key stakeholders
- scheduling and coordinating meetings
- receiving invoices and reconciling into Xero
- diary management
- property management.
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who:
- has previous Secretary/Personal Assistant experience, preferably within a busy ever-changing business
- has high energy levels, integrity, discretion and attention to detail
- possesses strong organisational and follow-through skills
- has excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- is deadline driven
- is proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
The role is full-time, however due to the nature of the position, the hours and place of work may be variable and include travel, some late evenings and weekends upon request. These will be offset with hours off in lieu.
