The Role
Working for the practice partner, this role will suit someone who is looking for an Executive Assistant style of role. You will have the opportunity to add enormous value to a high functioning practice group partner with your ability to prioritise tasks, forward plan and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Your duties will include, but not be limited too:
- Diary, travel and email management
- File handling and maintenance
- Document generation and manipulation
- Multiple stakeholder management and liaising (both internal and external)
- Monthly billing
The matters you will work on will be varied and consist of employment entitlements and compliance, complex employment matters, change management and litigation for Federal Agencies and Departments and large ASX and Privately held companies.
About You
You will have a minimum of 3yrs+ experience as a Legal Secretary, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant from a Professional Services background. You will hold strong organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to work well autonomously and within a team.
