Responsibilities:
Within this role, you play a pivotal role in supporting the Manager by efficiently managing the scheduling and coordination of employees within our organisation. Your primary responsibilities involve streamlining the booking process, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources, calendar management and maintaining effective communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a high tempo office environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
