Masseuse Massage Chairs is currently on the lookout for a bright, enthusiastic & organised Personal & Office Assistant who is willing to learn, roll up their sleeves, and be part of an amazing team & culture!

This is a full time role with a focus on providing specific support to our inspiring, charismatic CEO, the leadership team, as well as day to day Office Support to the wider organisation. 

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

• Boost the CEO’s output and create the freedom for him to keep ‘making the world better’ in bigger and more meaningful ways by:
  • Becoming the CEO’s go–to for everything from the smallest task to the most important
  • Identifying and taking all opportunities to run projects with minimal input and maximum efficacy
  • Prioritising, responding to and completing tasks and communications on the CEO’s to-do list
  • Coordinating and constructing executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and liaising with clients
• Document and distribute WIP minutes
• Maintain administrative files, documents and templates
• Ordering & maintaining office supplies as needed
• Running errands, IE Post office, Coffee & Sushi runs! 
• Setting up a boardroom for internal & external meetings
• Assisting with maintaining the presentation of the showroom & Office on a daily basis
• Focusing on projects as needed to enable the business to adapt in a rapidly moving industry and always be at the forefront of the market place

• Strong attention to detail
• A high level of organisation, reliability and flexibility
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and perform effectively under pressure
• A high level of computer literacy & an ability to type accurately (at least 40wpm)
• A creative approach to problem solving
• A strong ability to schedule, manage time & achieve priorities within time limits
• A professional, friendly phone manner & the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Commitment to a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
