We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide support to a number of practitioners in our Insurance team. This will be a permanent full-time position commencing in May 2024.

To be successful in this role you must:
- Show competence in the efficient use of contemporary office technology and procedures;
- Have the ability to manage the routine requirements of multiple practitioners;
- Have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Have well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
- Show the capacity to work effectively under pressure with limited supervision; and
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion appropriate to a legal practice.
Legal experience is desirable but not essential.
