The Opportunity
Emerson Health is looking for an organised and motivated administration assistant seeking a Launceston-based role.
The purpose of your position is to support day-to-day tasks that ensure the smooth running of our operations.
This is initially a casual role for 3-6 hours a week (days and hours by negotiation), with scope to increase to permanent part time (20 hours per week) as you become familiar with our software and systems, and in line with operational requirements.
You will be working closely with Emerson Health’s Managing Director and once trained and meeting capability standards, there is scope for you to work from home on a flexible basis.

Role Outcomes
Your role will be varied. An outline of what you might be working across in a permanent part-time capacity includes:
- Monitoring and filing emails and tracking tasks using Google platforms and our project management tool, Asana
- Manage calendar appointments and travel planning
- Manage digital filing for project delivery and operational matters
- Co-ordinate marketing activities, using Calendly, LinkedIn and Canva
- Assist with expense management and reporting using HubDoc and Xero and ensure monthly and annual financial accounting/reporting events are observed
- Set up new projects using our tracking tools in Harvest, Asana and Google Workspace
- Update our customer relationship management tool, Pipedrive
- Liaise with team members and support completion of standard contracts and agreements
- Assist with administrative tasks relating to active projects, such as liaison with venues, or preparation of event registration tools (Calendly)
- Assist with documenting and standardising repeating processes with support from the Managing Director
- Undertake other Personal Assistant tasks and project management on behalf of the Director.
