Monash Health Dental Services

  • Experienced, reliable and task-oriented Personal Assistant. You will work directly with the Service Director and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Service Director. Working closely with the Service Director you will play a pivotal role to ensure key tasks are performed and delivered. 

The position is the initial contact for enquiries including diary management, meeting coordination and assisting with the organisation of daily events for the Services Director, financial and document management and performing other duties as directed.

Your strong communication skills and your ability to be proactive, organised, a team player and the ability to work with limited supervision in a complex, sensitive and fast paced environment is essential.

Similarly, you will assist on projects underway to ensure the organisations documentation is up to date with the latest information and completed to the highest standards.

Your skills and experience

 To be considered for this important role you will ideally possess the following:

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant ideally within the Health Industry and dental specifically
  • Proficient in the use of PC including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, UKG
  • Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
  • Strong communication, great phone manner ( tactful, precise and honest) with skills both in written and verbal
  • Overall great team player
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
  • Office Management qualifications or equivalent degree/experience

Previous experience with Titanium software would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
