As a Personal Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing reception duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
- Providing administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel
- Assisting with office tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents
- Coordinating meetings and events, including organizing catering and logistics
- Supporting various departments with ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- This is a maternity relief casual position for approximately (May 2024 – January 2025)
- Monday – Friday opportunity working 8am – 4pm
