We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Personal Assistant to the Campus Director of New Hope Christian School to join our team. This role is full time, commencing mid-January 2024, and will be based in Dural.
As the Personal Assistant you will provide the Director with administrative/secretarial support and are responsible for the day-to-day management of the Director's office. This is a multi-faceted role. This varied and exciting role requires an enthusiastic and highly organised person with exemplary administrative skills. General Office Management duties will be included within this role.
New Hope Christian School is a special school providing Christian Education for students with a mild to moderate level of intellectual delay or Autism in Kindergarten to Year 12. This co-educational Christian learning community is committed to developing and nurturing its students. - Excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to always meet project milestones and deadlines
- Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline is highly desirable
- Have experience dealing directly with customers in an office administration role
- Excellent writing and document formatting skills, with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop close working relations with others within the organisation
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint. OneNote etc)
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team to complete tasks
- Flexibility to support the team with several events throughout year
