Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone and office inquiries from parents, teachers, and visitors to the college.
- Assisting with filing and maintaining accurate school records.
- Preparing items for mailing and ensuring their timely dispatch.
- Planning, scheduling, and performing various secretarial and clerical duties.
- Applying a working understanding of school functions and procedures to provide administrative support.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings as directed by the Principal, confirming dates and times.
- Handling the administrative aspects of school events.
- Undertaking additional administrative duties as requested by the Principal.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Current Driver's License.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- First Aid Qualifications and experience are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Windows software, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and effectively participate as part of a team.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Synergetic software is an advantage.
