- Proactive diary management – seamlessly organising and maintaining extremely busy and constantly updating schedules. Booking all meeting rooms, organising frequent video conferencing sessions between offices particularly across Europe and the US, including Comcast and global external companies.
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Word skills
- Attending key meetings as required, producing agendas, presentation decks, catering, and note taking when necessary.
- Event organising, e.g. bi-annual Leadership offsites (across all territories UK, Germany, Italy, Austria), Directorate offsites, Monthly Town Halls, Department Socials, Workshops
- Manage / arrange travel itineraries and submit timely expense claims
- Collation and distribution of the directorate weekly & 5.15 Reports
- Full end to end administration of the CT&I Sky Stars programme and Team Recognition awards
- Management/Upkeep of department ‘living’ documents e.g. Onboarding Pack, staff reference documents, organisation charts, etc
- Responding to enquiries and requests; ensuring all client and key contact enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, seeking answers and resolving matters personally where appropriate.
- Acting as a delegate for Sky systems including Ariba, Spark & People Portal for all administrative functions required (i.e., approvals and requests)
- Providing onboarding assistance for new starters.
- Providing ad-hoc support for the leadership teams.
- Distribution List Creation & Management across the department
- Holiday cover for other CT&I PAs.
- A minimum of 5 years previous experience in providing professional, PA/EA, and administrative support.
- Previous experience in a Media or Technology environment an advantage.
- Good knowledge of and proficiency in using: Microsoft Office Package; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and database systems.
- Confident, friendly, approachable manner with a flexible, can do attitude, collaborating for success.
- Exceptional organisational skills, able to multi-task, have good time management and an eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, to tight time scales and enjoy understanding issues and problem solving.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy – using methodical approach to ensure all aspects of a task or project are anticipated and dealt with.
- Ability to show maturity and initiative in often pressurised and confidential situations.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); able to build effective relationships internally and externally.
- Desire to achieve excellence, being motivated and driven.
- Ability and willingness to take on new and different challenges.
- Proactive and responsible team player, taking pride in the role.
