AddressA great opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and experienced receptionist who will also be working in administration with the industry leaders in suspension. This position offers a fantastic team work environment. You will play a key role in assisting customers, administration data entry and Personal Assistant duties across our 3 stores. Penrith , Blacktown and Granville
- Monday-Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm
- Blacktown Granville and Penrith Locations
- Training Provided
- Must live in the Metropolitan area
Tasks Include:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls to relevant staff
- Organising incoming emails to ensure clients are replied to in a timely manner.
- Accounts and invoicing
- Assisting the managing director/ Managers and staff with any other projects and tasks
- General filing and documentation
- Daily reception Duties
- Experience in pronto software highly regarded but not necessary as training is provided
- Taking enquiries and making bookings from a range of customers
- Maintain regular contact with our retail and trade customers to provide updates on their vehicles and additional work that is required
- Must live locally
- General housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Full Drivers Licence Essential - Position includes pickup/drop off and deliveries
Skills we are looking for:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva an ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required
- Ability to priorities work and get tasks done in a timely manner
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate and build relationships internally and externally within the business
- Ability to priorities, organise and plan with the director and other management staff
- Professional level of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality in daily work ethic
- The ability to show initiative and to go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly
