Personal Assistant ? Waste And Cleansing

The Waste & Cleansing team have an exciting 6-month term contract position working as the Personal Assistant to the Group Manager Waste & Cleansing, based at Rydalmere Operations Centre.
About the role
As the Personal Assistant you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Group Manager Waste & Cleansing and to the supervisors including research, preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, procurement, and support services such as diary management and maintenance of administration systems. On a daily basis you will:Drive high quality administrative, secretarial support and tactical tasks.
Manage the Group Manager?s diary which includes organising meetings, preparation of agendas/support materials and minute taking where required.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, to coordinate requests, manage partnerships and maintain business relationships.
Examine and prioritise correspondence taking follow up action and preparing draft replies where appropriate.
