AddressThe hours are flexible and the pay is negotiable based on the right applicant and their skill set. We can mould the role to suit a 25 - 34 hour work week.
We are after an individual who is adaptable to ever changing tasks and roles within the business. We only ask that this individual has good energy , a can do attitude and comes to work with the mentality to smash out the work and get it done efficiently!
We are a small team and require someone who works without supervision and constant monitoring.
This role will evolve as time goes on however some standard tasks we have listed below:
- Creating customer reports using a tailored app and excel.
- Preparing payroll
- Completing various tasks from the director
- Ordering stock for the workshops
- General organisation and management of workshops
- Managing the company fleet , services, fuel, vehicle conditions
- Preparing invoicing
- Bank reconciliations
Everything that is required of you we will train and assist you , we only ask you have basic computer skills.
