Our client is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Their team of specialists is committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and cutting-edge treatment to their patients. As they continue to expand their services, we are seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant/Practice Manager to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview:
As a Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient and effective operation of the practice. You will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, staff, and external stakeholders to optimise patient care delivery and ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Implement and maintain protocols and procedures to enhance practice efficiency, compliance, and safety.
  • Oversee billing, coding, and insurance processes to facilitate timely and accurate reimbursement.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to administrative staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in healthcare management 
  • Strong understanding of clinic practice operations, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in healthcare software and electronic medical records systems. Genie advantageous
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality, privacy, and dignity at all times.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
