AddressReporting to the House & Land Business Development Manager, this full time position requires exceptional organisational skills and a can do attitude.
Main Duties
- Be proficient in House and Land contract preparation and distribution to external agents
- Manage the current pipeline of sales through the approval process and into the construction phase
- Ability to create Electronic Direct Mails (EDMs) from templates to our data base of agents
- Management of CRM and EDM databases
- Using templates provided, prepare brochures and marketing material as instructed
- Prepare sales packages as requested and distributing to agents on behalf of BDMs
- Follow-up and manage agent log in details
- Manage a contact program with non-active agents
- Provide reports to BDMs on agent activity
- Assist BDMs with day to day operations
Required Skills
- Proficiency in the use of Adobe creative suite – Indesign, Photoshop and Acrobat
- Proficiency in the use of Illustrator would be advantageous
- Experience using digital email distribution platforms
- High level of experience in database management with experience in Microsoft Dynamics considered favourably
- Understanding of House & Land construction contracts or Real Estate sales an advantage
