About the role
This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who love implementing processes, someone who doesn’t require structure and is happy to just get stuck in whilst looking to improve things.
The role is providing support to the MD whilst looking after the Office Management.
You will be required to:
- Provide support to the MD & team
- Planning events and sales conferences
- File management, setting up effective sharing across a network
- Monthly reporting & analysis
- Organising and executing events
- Office management
- Plan annual sales meetings
- Monthly reporting to MD and Leadership team
- Manage, monitor and reconcile expenses
- Personal management of investment properties/cars
- Liaison with trades people and maintenance services
About you:
- Previous PA/EA experience to help scope out the role
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective working relationships at all levels
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Utmost integrity, discretion, and confidentiality with experience dealing with highly sensitive information
- Exceptional planning, organising, time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
