As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a fulltime position based on a 38 hour work week, on a 12 month contract. The successful applicant will also be willing to work at any branch within the Townsville region as required.
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated sales experience
Cash handling experience
Exceptional communication & customer service skills
A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
Experience in the Finance Industry (desirable)
