About the Role:
If you are a Personal Care Assistant who is passionate about providing outstanding care and support to residents in Aged Care facilities in the Melbourne Metro area and you want to work with a company that values its team members, offers a supportive working environment, and has a genuine desire to develop its staff, then we would love to hear from you.
What we are looking for:
- A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is a MUST
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care/ Disability or equivalent
- Bachelor of Nursing students who have completed their first-year placements are eligible to apply
- Flexibility to be able to work a variety of shift times
- Minimum three days availability
- Willing to travel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Understanding of the Aged Care standards and resident rights and responsibilities
- Current National Police check with no disclosable outcomes (Required)
- NDIS worker screening Check (Required)
- First Aid Certificate (Required)
- Complete COVID-19 vaccination with Booster (Required)
- Flu Vaccination (Required)
- Full Working rights in Australia
