The Location
Seabrook, a 122 bed residential aged care facility located minutes from the coastline of Deception Bay. Situated just minutes from the beautiful foreshores of Moreton Bay, Seabrook is also close to parks and playgrounds, as well as a wide range of dining and retail choices with schools and medical centres are just around the corner from the residence.
The Job
AM shifts available (0630-1230, 0630-1430, 0630-1445)
Night Duty shifts available (2215-0630)
- To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary Personal Care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age, and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents
You bring: experience in a similar role, great clinical skills, a genuine commitment to lead, coach and develop other care staff and a passion for making a difference.
