This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Retail Coordinator to join our ever growing and well-loved family business.
About the Role
The primary role of the Retail Coordinator is to assist the Retail Manager in the co-ordination of employees. In addition, you are also responsible for:
- Managing the floor staff during the evenings
- Coordinating staff recruitment if required
- Coordinating staff training and development activities
- Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
- Assisting with customer service queries
- Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
- Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
- Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
