Our Client is a highly regarded organisation in the inner South metro area (Holdfast Bay/Marion/Mitcham LGA’s) seeking dynamic and positive team members to work with elderly people and support them in the Community (home-based) roles, and also within their lovely residential care facility.
Community Roles: Feel rewarded by supporting people to remain in their own homes by delivering a variety of services to Clients who need a helping hand. Tasks involve provision of Personal Care, social support, light cleaning and transportation to appointments, shopping and other activities – work the hours you want!
Residential Care Roles: Provide Personal Care and health support needs to residents as a part of a thriving and supportive team within a residential care centre. If you have an interest in working in the allied health or nursing sector , this could be the perfect platform to launch yourself!
All roles are paid and part-time (15-35 hours per week). You are also paid to study! Over a 14 – 16 month period you will gather experience, knowledge and attain a Certificate III in Individual Support. A complete induction and training on the job is provided (along with a 3 day course in essential skills and knowledge) to give you the tools you need to launch into a new career.
